Enscale - WHMCS Module - Products & option mapping

"Mapping" is the link between a product in your WHMCS and the matching product in our catalog. It's how an order in your store provisions the right thing on our side. The wizard sets this up; this page explains it and how to fix it if needed.

How mapping works

  • Each WHMCS product you create through the wizard is linked to a Brixly catalog product.

  • Configurable options (extra storage, licences, additional IPs, etc.) are mapped too, so a customer's choices pass through to provisioning.

  • When a service is provisioned, its Brixly service id is stored against it (in a product custom field called "Provider Service ID"). That id is how management, SSO and upgrades find the right service later — don't remove that custom field.

The Products page

The module's Products page shows your mapped products and flags any catalog products you haven't set up yet (with a Set up shortcut that launches the wizard pre-selected for that product).

Repairing mappings

If a mapping is ever lost (for example, after manual product edits), use Repair mappings on the Products page. It rebuilds the links from the data stored on your products — no need to recreate anything.

If a product ever shows as "not set up" unexpectedly, run Repair mappings first — it resolves the common causes without touching your customers' services.

Re-pricing

To change what you charge, re-run the wizard for that product (markup or fixed) — it updates the existing product's pricing in place. Your wholesale cost is always shown alongside so you can see your margin.

Configurable options must stay aligned with the catalog. Create/edit options through the wizard rather than by hand, so option mapping (and therefore provisioning) stays correct.
