Enscale - WHMCS Module - Cloud Server (VPS) console

D Dennis Nind 57 views

For Cloud Server products, the module gives you and your customers a full management console inside WHMCS — the same controls we offer, rendered in your own client area and admin service page.

What your customers can do (client area)

On the service's page in your WHMCS, customers get tabs to manage their server:

  • Power — start, stop, reboot.

  • Console — browser VNC access.

  • Rebuild / Reinstall — choose an OS image or application.

  • Rescue mode and ISO mounting.

  • Root password reset and hostname.

  • Snapshots — take, restore, delete, schedule.

  • Storage, additional IPs, reverse DNS (PTR).

  • Private networks (VLANs) and firewall rules.

  • Usage graphs, an activity log, and control-panel licences where applicable.

What you can do (admin)

On the admin service page in your WHMCS you get the equivalent staff console, so your team can support a customer's server without leaving WHMCS.

You decide which of these are available, and to whom (everyone, staff-only, or off), and whether to show "Upgrade" buttons — see Cloud Server controls.

Billable changes

Actions that change what a server costs (bigger plan, more storage, extra IPs) aren't charged silently from the console — they route through WHMCS's upgrade flow so your customer is invoiced and your credit charged correctly (see Upgrades & billing). Operational actions (power, console, snapshots, rebuild, firewall, etc.) happen immediately.

Keeping it current

The console mirrors our own management UI and stays in step through module updates — when we add a feature, a module update brings it to your console too (see Updating the module).
