Enscale - Reseller Portal - Top-ups & payment methods

Keep your balance funded so services can be provisioned and renewed without interruption. The Top Up page handles one-off top-ups, stored cards and automatic top-ups.

One-off top-up

  1. Go to Top Up and enter an amount.

  2. An invoice is raised; pay it with any method enabled on your account.

  3. Once paid, the credit lands on your balance and is ready to use.

Pay by stored card

You can save a card and either top up from it on demand, or set your payment preference so individual charges are taken from the card at the moment they happen (instead of drawing down a balance). Manage cards from the Top Up page.

Automatic top-ups (recommended)

So you never hit zero, enable auto top-up:

  • Set a threshold (e.g. £20) and a top-up amount (e.g. £50).

  • Choose the card to charge.

  • When your balance falls below the threshold, we top it up automatically and reactivate anything that was suspended for low credit.

Auto top-up is the simplest way to avoid suspensions — set the threshold high enough to cover a day or two of renewals for your active base.

Tax on top-ups

Top-ups may be taxed according to your account settings. Where tax applies, the net amount is what's credited as spendable balance; the tax is shown on the top-up invoice. For VAT-registered businesses this input tax is normally reclaimable as usual.

Low-credit warnings

You'll be warned in the portal (and by email, if configured) when your balance drops below your threshold. Treat it as a prompt to top up before renewals are affected — see Credit & how billing works for the dunning sequence.
