The Orders and Domains pages show everything you've provisioned with Brixly — a wholesale-side view that complements the retail records in your own WHMCS.
Orders & services
Each row is a service your module has created with us. You'll see the product, the service status and key dates. Use it to:
Confirm a customer's order actually provisioned on our side.
Check the status of a service (see below).
Cross-check what you're being charged for against your active base.
Service statuses
Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
Active | Live and renewing normally. |
Suspended | Paused — usually after a renewal couldn't be charged for low credit. Tops up and reactivates automatically (see Credit & how billing works). |
Terminated | Ended; no longer billed. |
Pending | Mid-provisioning; normally resolves within moments. |
Service actions (suspend, terminate, upgrade) are driven from your WHMCS through the module — that's the system of record. These pages are a read-only mirror of the wholesale side.
Domains
The Domains page lists the domains registered or transferred through your account, with their status and expiry. Domain registration, transfer and renewal are charged from your credit at the point they happen; renewals follow your customers' actions in your WHMCS.
A domain can't be "suspended" for low credit — if a renewal can't be funded it will lapse toward expiry. Keep credit topped up (or enable auto top-up) so domains renew on time.
