WHM - Cannot use due to limits
If you receive the error "Cannot use due to limits" when choosing a package in WHM, it is due to the bandwidth/disk space limits you have set for the package. Because of the way cPanel/WHM is designed, resellers must enter a value for disk space and bandwidth even if wanting to create an unlimited package. You can use "Unlimited" for all other values, just not disk/bandwidth. If you want unlimited, enter a value such as 9999999.
Why am I able to select another cPanel account from a dropdown?
If the 'reseller' of the account has the same password of the 'user' being logged into, then it will be assumed that the reseller is logging in directly. Therefore, the user will have the ability to interchange between accounts. This emphasizes the fact that the reseller account should have a strong, unique password to prevent the reseller's sub-accounts from being accessed.
